Ainsi, la plus grande fortune nette d'un fonds immobilier bas\u00e9 sur la VNI pour les caisses de pension en Suisse pourra \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin mars 2024.<\/p>\n<p>La fortune totale du fonds (GAV) des v\u00e9hicules Axa Immovation Residential, Axa Immovation Commercial et Axa Fonds de pr\u00e9voyance s'\u00e9levait au total \u00e0 4,66 milliards de CHF \u00e0 la cl\u00f4ture annuelle du 30 septembre. Il comprend plus de 180 immeubles d'habitation et commerciaux, des immeubles \u00e0 usage mixte ainsi que des projets de d\u00e9veloppement et de construction. Le portefeuille se concentre sur les villes situ\u00e9es dans les r\u00e9gions \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 forte croissance et leurs zones de chalandise, l'accent \u00e9tant mis sur l'immobilier r\u00e9sidentiel avec 60% du portefeuille total.<\/p>\n<p>Le fonds s'adresse exclusivement aux institutions de pr\u00e9voyance en faveur du personnel qualifi\u00e9es et exon\u00e9r\u00e9es d'imp\u00f4ts en Suisse. \"Gr\u00e2ce au regroupement, celles-ci b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'une diversification accrue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une large allocation dans les types d'utilisation, les r\u00e9gions de placement ainsi qu'une base d'investisseurs \u00e9largie\", \u00e9crit Axa. Le regroupement sera effectif au 31 mai, avec effet r\u00e9troactif au 31 mars de cette ann\u00e9e. Le calcul des rapports d'\u00e9change pour le regroupement se base sur les valeurs nettes d'inventaire v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es des fonds \u00e0 la cl\u00f4ture semestrielle fin mars, et une nouvelle
