Le lotissement se compose de trois immeubles d'habitation comprenant 39 appartements et 61 places de parking souterrain. Comme la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re vient de le faire savoir, les b\u00e2timents sont d\u00e9sormais en grande partie achev\u00e9s et la premi\u00e8re location est en cours depuis octobre 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Fin janvier, le taux d'occupation atteignait 95% et seuls deux des 39 appartements n'\u00e9taient pas encore lou\u00e9s. Swiss Estates qualifie cela de \"succ\u00e8s de location clair et inattendu\". Comme les nouveaux immeubles produisent d\u00e9sormais des revenus, il en r\u00e9sulte pour l'ann\u00e9e 2024 un revenu locatif net budg\u00e9tis\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de l'entreprise d'environ 7,6 millions de CHF, soit une augmentation de 11,8% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (6,8 millions de CHF).
