L'avocat Eugen Fritschi, du cabinet zurichois B\u00fchlmann &amp; Fritschi Rechtsanw\u00e4lte, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 comme commissaire provisoire. Le sursis concordataire provisoire durera quatre mois, jusqu'au 5 avril 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les indications de l'entreprise, le sursis concordataire vise \u00e0 \u00e9viter que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse Signa Retail Selection ne soit affect\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re autrichienne en faillite. Au lieu de cela, elle doit \u00eatre dissoci\u00e9e et liquid\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re ordonn\u00e9e. Le conseil d'administration part du principe qu'il sera possible de r\u00e9gler toutes les obligations externes et de vendre les actifs de mani\u00e8re bien organis\u00e9e et dans le cadre d'un processus structur\u00e9 au cours des prochains mois, avait indiqu\u00e9 l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<h3>Le co-propri\u00e9taire Central Group r\u00e9affirme son engagement aupr\u00e8s de Globus<\/h3>\n<p>Signa Retail Selection d\u00e9tient une part de 50% dans Globus, le groupe tha\u00eflandais Central Group en est le copropri\u00e9taire avec \u00e9galement 50%. \"Central Group reste fermement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 assurer et \u00e0 soutenir ses activit\u00e9s de luxe europ\u00e9ennes, ind\u00e9pendamment de la situation financi\u00e8re de ses partenaires\", avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le groupe \u00e0 l'agence de presse AWP.<\/p>\n<p>Entre-temps, le CEO de Globus Franco Savastano s'est \u00e9galement exprim\u00e9 sur l'insolvabilit\u00e9 de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9. Les liquidit\u00e9s sont assur\u00e9es et les activit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles se d\u00e9roulent bien, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 la cha\u00eene r\u00e9gionale \"Tele Z\u00fcri\". Les travaux de transformation de la maison Globus \u00e0 Bellevue se poursuivent et le magasin devrait rouvrir comme pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 l'automne 2024. Le propri\u00e9taire de l'immeuble est PSP Swiss Property. Il est en outre tr\u00e8s confiant qu'une solution sera bient\u00f4t trouv\u00e9e pour la part de Signa, a ajout\u00e9 M. Savastano.<\/p>\n<p>Entre-temps, d'autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s suisses Signa ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9es en sursis concordataire provisoire : Signa European Invest Holding AG, Signa European Invest AG et Signa Retail Luxury Holding GmbH. Selon les m\u00e9dias, Signa European Invest Holding regroupe les participations de Signa dans Globus, Selfridges et le groupe
