Le taux de d\u00e9faillance des loyers a baiss\u00e9 - pour la quatri\u00e8me fois cons\u00e9cutive - et se situe d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 3,4%. Les projets de r\u00e9novation et de construction ainsi que deux acquisitions ont entra\u00een\u00e9 une croissance du portefeuille de 101 millions \u00e0 3,18 milliards de CHF. La contribution des augmentations de la valeur v\u00e9nale du portefeuille existant a \u00e9t\u00e9 nettement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Apr\u00e8s correction des investissements, il en a r\u00e9sult\u00e9 une r\u00e9\u00e9valuation d'environ 10 millions de CHF, soit 0,3%.<\/p>\n<p>La valeur nette d'inventaire par part a augment\u00e9 de 0,7% \u00e0 64,86 CHF et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une performance de 3,9%, sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'ensemble du march\u00e9. L'indice de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence SXI Real Estate Funds TR s'est \u00e9tabli \u00e0 2,0%. Le rendement des placements de l'Anfos s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 3,6% (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 7,2%).
