Comme le communique la direction du fonds, elle devrait se situer dans une fourchette de 5,00 CHF \u00e0 5,35 CHF. Cela refl\u00e8te un rendement de distribution de 6,5%, sur la base du cours de n\u00e9goce actuel de la part de fonds.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vu de r\u00e9duire le taux d'endettement \u00e0 moins de 28% d'ici la fin de l'ann\u00e9e, et de le maintenir entre 25% et 28% \u00e0 long terme. Helvetica veut y parvenir d'une part en vendant des immeubles, d'autre part en adaptant la strat\u00e9gie de financement \u00e0 court terme du fonds afin de garantir \u00e0 moyen et long terme une part de 30% \u00e0 50% des hypoth\u00e8ques.<\/p>\n<p>La fusion d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9e du HSC Fund avec le Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund (HSO Fund) devrait \u00eatre achev\u00e9e au plus tard fin 2024, indique encore la direction du fonds. Apr\u00e8s la fusion, le volume de placement s'\u00e9l\u00e8vera \u00e0 plus d'un milliard de francs suisses. En raison des effets de synergie, la direction du fonds pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement une r\u00e9duction du ratio des frais totaux (TER). En outre, il est pr\u00e9vu de r\u00e9duire les honoraires de gestion de 14% \u00e0 0,60% en 2024, afin d'optimiser encore la structure des co\u00fbts du fonds, pr\u00e9cise Helvetica.
