Selon le communiqu\u00e9 actuel, les recettes pr\u00e9vues d'un montant maximal de 16,5 millions de CHF doivent permettre d'acheter \"sur le march\u00e9 actuel des acheteurs\" des immeubles d'habitation et commerciaux dans les villes de Saint-Gall et de Lucerne. De plus, le taux de financement externe sera r\u00e9duit.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9mission est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la commission dans le cadre d'une offre publique de souscription en Suisse. Le prix d'\u00e9mission est de 123,90 CHF net par nouvelle part. L'\u00e9mission de nouvelles parts est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 un maximum de 133 263. La lib\u00e9ration devrait avoir lieu le 7 d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une annonce faite en octobre, il \u00e9tait encore question d'une augmentation de capital de 30 millions de CHF.
