Il en ressort que le compartiment Swiss Commercial Fund a augment\u00e9 son revenu net de 32,5 millions \u00e0 35 millions de CHF. Les revenus locatifs ont augment\u00e9 de 2,77% pour atteindre 66,6 millions de CHF. Le total des produits augmente \u00e9galement par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 67,9 millions, tandis que le total des charges a baiss\u00e9 de 33,9 millions \u00e0 32,9 millions de CHF. Le rendement des placements s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 3,61%. Le total des actifs du compartiment augmente \u00e0 1,24 milliard de CHF. La SICAV proposera un dividende de 5,50 CHF par action. Le taux d'endettement augmente l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 27,22%, tandis que le taux de d\u00e9faut de paiement des loyers a baiss\u00e9 de 13,99 \u00e0 13,10%.<\/p>\n<p>Le compartiment Swiss Commercial Fund II a cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 un exercice nettement raccourci. Selon les indications, les recettes locatives sont rest\u00e9es stables au cours des neuf mois par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et s'\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 29,1 milliards de CHF. Le taux de d\u00e9faillance des loyers a baiss\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative, passant de 14,1 \u00e0 12,05%. La marge EBIT s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 68,84% (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 68,88%) et le rendement des placements calcul\u00e9 sur neuf mois est de 3,41% (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 5,08%). Ce r\u00e9sultat d'exploitation permet le versement d'un dividende exon\u00e9r\u00e9 d'imp\u00f4t de 4,22 CHF par action, indique Procimmo. Le rendement des fonds propres (\"Return on Equity\") s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 4,41% (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 4,86%), le taux d'endettement \u00e0 la date de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 28,16%.
