En revanche, les revenus totaux ont augment\u00e9 de 25,9 millions \u00e0 26,8 millions de CHF, les revenus locatifs se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9s de 3,6% \u00e0 26,8 millions de CHF. En raison notamment de la hausse des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat, les charges totales ont grimp\u00e9 de 10,7 millions \u00e0 14,7 millions de CHF, et le produit net est pass\u00e9 de 15,2 millions \u00e0 12,4 millions de CHF. \"La gestion des co\u00fbts, une charge fiscale plus faible ainsi que la mise en \u0153uvre de l'adaptation du taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence laissent pr\u00e9sager un r\u00e9sultat nettement meilleur au second semestre\", indique un communiqu\u00e9. Le portefeuille a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9valu\u00e9 de 1,1% au cours du semestre. Les pertes en capital non r\u00e9alis\u00e9es d'un montant total de 20,7 millions de CHF (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : +13,9 millions de CHF) ont conduit \u00e0 ce que la p\u00e9riode se termine sur un r\u00e9sultat global n\u00e9gatif de 8,3 millions de CHF, contre un r\u00e9sultat global de +29,0 millions de CHF pour la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le second semestre, la direction du fonds annonce la vente de l'immeuble de Bazenheid (SG) ainsi que d'autres d\u00e9sinvestissements. Le portefeuille doit continuer \u00e0 \u00eatre revaloris\u00e9 qualitativement et le taux d'endettement doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duit.
