Le taux de d\u00e9faillance des loyers a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit de 2,18% \u00e0 la fin 2022 \u00e0 2,07%. \"Cela a permis de compenser partiellement la hausse des co\u00fbts de refinancement\", \u00e9crit la direction du fonds.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, le produit net a baiss\u00e9 de CHF 20,7 millions \u00e0 CHF 19,6 millions, le r\u00e9sultat total de CHF 22,1 millions \u00e0 CHF 19,4 millions. La hausse du taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aura un effet positif sur la rentabilit\u00e9 du fonds \u00e0 partir du deuxi\u00e8me semestre, annonce Swisscanto.
