Pour atteindre cet objectif ambitieux, la contribution de Post Immobilier est importante. Objectif de l'initiative : mettre en \u0153uvre les bonnes mesures de durabilit\u00e9 dans le secteur immobilier, de mani\u00e8re coordonn\u00e9e au sein du groupe. Par \u00e9tapes, plusieurs centaines de b\u00e2timents appartenant \u00e0 la Poste seront examin\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re globale quant \u00e0 leur potentiel de r\u00e9novation durable, des mesures \u00e9cologiques et \u00e9conomiques judicieuses seront d\u00e9finies et mises en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Mais il y a aussi des obstacles \u00e0 surmonter :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donn\u00e9es manquantes<\/strong><br \/>\nUne base de donn\u00e9es solide est essentielle pour atteindre l'objectif net z\u00e9ro. Cependant, le secteur immobilier est souvent confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es manquantes ou erron\u00e9es. L'obtention ou l'\u00e9puration de ces donn\u00e9es prend du temps et co\u00fbte cher. Post Immobilien mise sur la mise en place d'un syst\u00e8me complet de gestion de l'\u00e9nergie avec collecte et mise \u00e0 jour des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Besoin \u00e9lev\u00e9 en ressources<\/strong><br \/>\nL'\u00e9laboration et la mise en \u0153uvre d'une strat\u00e9gie de durabilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessitent beaucoup de ressources - financi\u00e8res, mat\u00e9rielles et humaines. La durabilit\u00e9 ? Oui ! Mais qui supporte les co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires ? Des approches telles que l'adaptation de la pratique de facturation ou l'introduction d'une taxe sur le CO<sub>2<\/sub>-peuvent d\u00e9samorcer les conflits d'objectifs financiers.
