Par rapport au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2022, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s par \u00e9tage co\u00fbtent 5,1 % de plus qu'il y a un an, les maisons individuelles ont augment\u00e9 de 6,1 %. \"Dans l'\u00e9preuve de force entre une offre r\u00e9duite et des co\u00fbts de financement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s en raison des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat, la p\u00e9nurie de l'offre continue de pr\u00e9valoir actuellement\", explique Fredy Hasenmaile, \u00e9conomiste en chef de Raiffeisen Suisse.<\/p>\n<h3>Zurich enregistre la plus faible hausse de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 par \u00e9tage<\/h3>\n<p>En comparaison avec l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, les maisons individuelles ont enregistr\u00e9 les plus fortes hausses de prix en Suisse centrale (+18,8%) et en Suisse orientale (+9,8%), selon l'indice des prix de transaction Raiffeisen. En revanche, les prix ont moins augment\u00e9 \u00e0 Berne (+3,4%) et dans le nord-ouest de la Suisse (+3,3%). En ce qui concerne la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 par \u00e9tage, les prix ont le plus augment\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion de Suisse centrale (+11,3%). La r\u00e9gion de Zurich a enregistr\u00e9 la plus faible hausse de prix par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (+1,4%).<\/p>\n<h3>La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 par \u00e9tage est particuli\u00e8rement pris\u00e9e dans les communes touristiques<\/h3>\n<p>La ventilation de l'\u00e9volution des prix par type de commune montre que les prix des maisons ont augment\u00e9 plus fortement dans les communes urbaines (7,3 %) que dans les autres types de communes en un an. En revanche, dans le segment des appartements en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, ce sont les communes touristiques qui ont enregistr\u00e9 les plus fortes hausses de prix (+7,9%).
