Des ventes d'immeubles non strat\u00e9giques sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vues et la SICAV entend \u00e9galement profiter d'opportunit\u00e9s d'acquisitions \"distressed\" pour am\u00e9liorer la performance de distribution. Un objectif de croissance de 3% a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 pour l'exercice 2023\/24.<\/p>\n<p>En septembre 2022, le compartiment a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une augmentation de capital de 289,9 millions de CHF et a vendu cinq immeubles au cours des douze derniers mois. De ce fait, le ratio d'endettement de la SICAV se situerait dans la limite strat\u00e9gique comprise entre 25% et 28%. Edmond de Rothschild REIM indique que les fondamentaux immobiliers du portefeuille sont \"excellents\", avec un faible taux de vacance (moins de 2%), des loyers en hausse (+1,5%) et des d\u00e9fauts de paiement \"contenus\".
