L'Ebitda ajust\u00e9 de 36,7 millions de CHF (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 37,5 millions) correspond \u00e0 une marge de 28,0%. Non ajust\u00e9, l'Ebitda a diminu\u00e9 de 40,0 \u00e0 28,9 millions de CHF. L'entreprise indique que la perte de change sans effet sur les liquidit\u00e9s que la d\u00e9valuation de la livre \u00e9gyptienne a eu sur le compte de r\u00e9sultat d'ODH s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 13,7 millions de CHF.<\/p>\n<h3>Andermatt Swiss Alps sans vente de terrain au T1<\/h3>\n<p>Les participations d'entreprises ont enregistr\u00e9 un recul du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de 11,6 \u00e0 7,6 millions de CHF. Cela est principalement d\u00fb \u00e0 la baisse de performance de la participation dans Andermatt Swiss Alps, indique ODH. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de cette derni\u00e8re a recul\u00e9 de 10,3 \u00e0 7,3 millions de CHF par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. La raison de ce recul est que l'entreprise n'a pas vendu de terrain au premier trimestre. Les co\u00fbts de financement ont augment\u00e9 de 16,5% \u00e0 10,6 millions de CHF en raison de la hausse des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n<h3>Chiffre d'affaires de l'h\u00f4tellerie en hausse<\/h3>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re de l'entreprise, dont le chiffre d'affaires a recul\u00e9 de 94,1 millions de CHF \u00e0 76,8 millions de CHF, le segment h\u00f4telier a enregistr\u00e9 une croissance. Le chiffre d'affaires de l'h\u00f4tellerie a augment\u00e9 de 36,2% \u00e0 40,6 millions de CHF, compensant ainsi partiellement le recul de
