Selon l'OFL, 59 villes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n<h3>Deux tiers des villes manquent de logements<\/h3>\n<p>Environ deux tiers des villes estiment que l'offre de logements disponibles est \"beaucoup trop petite\" ou \"un peu trop petite\". Outre les offres de logements dans le segment de prix inf\u00e9rieur, les possibilit\u00e9s d'acqu\u00e9rir un logement en propri\u00e9t\u00e9 feraient \u00e9galement d\u00e9faut. La situation est per\u00e7ue comme particuli\u00e8rement tendue dans les grandes villes de plus de 50.000 habitants.<\/p>\n<p>68 pour cent des villes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent c\u00e9der des terrains en droit de superficie, en les soumettant \u00e0 des conditions telles que des loyers avantageux. Cependant, plus de 80 pour cent des villes affirment qu'elles ne disposent pas de suffisamment de r\u00e9serves de terrains \u00e0 b\u00e2tir. L'achat de terrains se heurte notamment aux prix \u00e9lev\u00e9s du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>80% consid\u00e8rent les droits de pr\u00e9emption comme une solution<\/h3>\n<p>L'enqu\u00eate montre en outre que 60 pour cent des villes interrog\u00e9es estiment qu'il est \"fortement\" ou \"tr\u00e8s fortement\" n\u00e9cessaire d'agir au niveau de la politique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. Parmi les solutions possibles, elles ont le plus souvent cit\u00e9 un droit de pr\u00e9emption sur les terrains \u00e0 b\u00e2tir et les immeubles (80 pour cent). Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de l'OFL, pr\u00e8s de 70 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont en outre d'avis que les prix des loyers peuvent \u00eatre frein\u00e9s si le loyer pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent est rendu transparent lors d'un changement de locataire.<\/p>\n<p>Le 12 mai, une table ronde pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Guy Parmelin se penchera sur le th\u00e8me de la p\u00e9nurie de logements.
