Le rendement des fonds propres s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 6,1% (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 7,2%). Swisscanto parle d'un r\u00e9sultat r\u00e9jouissant, auquel ont contribu\u00e9, outre la stabilit\u00e9 des produits nets, un r\u00e9sultat en capital r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de CHF 1,5 million (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : CHF 5,7 millions) et des r\u00e9sultats en capital non r\u00e9alis\u00e9s de CHF 37,5 millions (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : CHF 43,1 millions).<\/p>\n<p>Le fonds a r\u00e9duit le taux de d\u00e9faillance des loyers \u00e0 2,2% au cours du dernier exercice, contre 2,8% d\u00e9j\u00e0 bas. La marge Ebit est rest\u00e9e stable \u00e0 66,2% (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 66,8%). Le rendement net des constructions achev\u00e9es a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9, passant de 3,37% \u00e0 3,35%, en raison des r\u00e9\u00e9valuations.
