Ils entendent ainsi jouer un r\u00f4le de mod\u00e8le en Suisse. Quatre champs d'action d\u00e9coulent de la strat\u00e9gie de durabilit\u00e9 des CFF en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9cologie pour CFF Immobilier : Neutralit\u00e9 climatique, efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, construction durable et \u00e9conomie circulaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neutralit\u00e9 climatique<\/strong><br \/>\nD'ici 2030, les CFF auront r\u00e9duit de moiti\u00e9 leurs \u00e9missions de CO2. Cela signifie utiliser 100 pour cent d'\u00e9nergies renouvelables, d\u00e9velopper le photovolta\u00efque et \u00e9conomiser l'\u00e9nergie. CFF Immobilier y contribue largement. L'accent est mis sur le remplacement de tous les chauffages fossiles. Beatrice Bichsel, responsable du Facility Management CFF Immobilier : \"Nous sommes sur la bonne voie et faisons avancer le remplacement des chauffages. La transformation de nos chauffages \u00e0 gaz est pr\u00e9vue pour 2023\".<br \/>\nDepuis 2016 d\u00e9j\u00e0, les CFF renoncent aux chauffages au mazout ou au gaz dans les nouvelles constructions et les r\u00e9novations de b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong><br \/>\n\"Depuis le lancement du programme d'\u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie en 2012, nous avons mis en \u0153uvre de nombreuses mesures. Aujourd'hui, nous mesurons, documentons et surveillons en permanence la consommation d'\u00e9nergie et l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique dans les plus grands b\u00e2timents. C'est la base d'une optimisation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et permanente de l'exploitation afin de continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la consommation d'\u00e9nergie\", explique Beatrice Bichsel. Depuis 2012, CFF Immobilier construit tous ses nouveaux b\u00e2timents selon des normes de durabilit\u00e9 reconnues. Les r\u00e9novations de b\u00e2timents sont essentielles pour le Facility Management. Le nouveau processus \"Rapport sur l'\u00e9tat des b\u00e2timents\" doit servir de base \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation des b\u00e2timents existants. D'autres aspects sont le changement climatique avec l'effet d'\u00eelot de chaleur dans les villes et la biodiversit\u00e9. Des th\u00e8mes tels que la d\u00e9simperm\u00e9abilisation des surfaces asphalt\u00e9es, la revalorisation des espaces verts existants ainsi que la v\u00e9g\u00e9talisation des sites, des toits et des fa\u00e7ades gagnent en importance. Le besoin en ressources est r\u00e9duit, l'\u00e9nergie grise est diminu\u00e9e, les cycles de mati\u00e8res sont ferm\u00e9s et les mat\u00e9riaux recyclables sont utilis\u00e9s. A cela s'ajoute l'optimisation de la circularit\u00e9 dans l'\u00e9limination (des d\u00e9chets). \"Nous r\u00e9duisons et trions syst\u00e9matiquement les d\u00e9chets dans les objets d'exploitation et les gares. D'ici 2030, nous couvrons ainsi 80 pour cent de la fr\u00e9quentation des usagers dans les gares\", explique Beatrice Bichsel.
