C'est ce qu'annonce l'entreprise dans un communiqu\u00e9. Le chiffre d'affaires du groupe a en revanche recul\u00e9 de 3,8 milliards de CHF \u00e0 3,6 milliards, et le carnet de commandes a augment\u00e9 \u00e0 7,2 milliards de CHF (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 6,8 milliards). Le r\u00e9sultat du groupe a bondi de 64 millions de CHF \u00e0 106 millions de CHF. Le ratio de fonds propres s'\u00e9levait \u00e0 17,5% \u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2022, contre 11,6% en 2021.<\/p>\n<h3>Le secteur Real Estate conna\u00eet une croissance particuli\u00e8rement forte<\/h3>\n<p>Comme Implenia l'indique \u00e9galement, toutes les divisions ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 leurs performances op\u00e9rationnelles. L'EBIT de la division Real Estate a particuli\u00e8rement grimp\u00e9. Il a presque doubl\u00e9, passant de CHF 42,1 millions en 2021 \u00e0 CHF 81,1 millions. Selon Implenia, cela s'explique par des revenus sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la moyenne r\u00e9alis\u00e9s au premier semestre sur la vente de projets en d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>\"La nette am\u00e9lioration du r\u00e9sultat annuel malgr\u00e9 la hausse des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat et de l'inflation prouve qu'Implenia est sur la bonne voie\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Andr\u00e9 Wyss, CEO, en commentant les chiffres. Les actionnaires doivent \u00e9galement participer \u00e0 ce succ\u00e8s : Le Conseil d'administration proposera \u00e0 l'Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 28 mars 2023 de verser un dividende de CHF 0,40 par action. Il s'agit du premier versement de dividendes depuis 2019. \"Le Conseil d'administration part du principe qu'Implenia pourra continuer \u00e0 verser des dividendes de mani\u00e8re continue \u00e0 l'avenir\", \u00e9crit Implenia dans son communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>2023, l'EBIT devrait \u00e0 nouveau baisser<\/h3>\n<p>Pour 2023, Implenia s'attend \u00e0 un EBIT l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur, de l'ordre de CHF 120 millions. La contribution de la division Real Estate \u00e0 l'EBIT devrait \u00eatre nettement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, notamment au premier semestre, pr\u00e9cise le groupe de construction. Le ratio de fonds propres devrait passer \u00e0 plus de 20%, l'entreprise visant \u00e0 moyen terme un ratio de fonds propres de 25%.<\/p>\n<h3>Vacance au sein du conseil d'administration<\/h3>\n<p>Un changement interviendra au sein du Conseil d'administration, poursuit Implenia : Laurent Vulliet, membre du conseil d'administration et du Nomination and Compensation Committee depuis 2016, ne souhaite pas se repr\u00e9senter. Raymond Cron devrait \u00eatre \u00e9lu \u00e0 sa place en tant que nouveau membre du Conseil d'administration. Cron a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre de la direction du groupe b\u00e2lois Batigroup, qui a fusionn\u00e9 en 2006 avec l'entreprise genevoise Zschokke pour former Implenia.
