La construction compatible avec le climat est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important pour atteindre cet objectif\", explique Gabriele B\u00fchler, responsable de projet aux CFF. Diff\u00e9rentes mesures de construction compatible avec le climat ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans la planification. Ainsi, par exemple, la disposition des nouveaux b\u00e2timents permettra \u00e0 l'avenir \u00e9galement une bonne circulation des courants d'air frais. L'eau des toits est, dans la mesure du possible, infiltr\u00e9e dans un syst\u00e8me en surface et sert \u00e9galement au refroidissement. Les surfaces imperm\u00e9abilis\u00e9es seront autant que possible d\u00e9senclav\u00e9es. La transformation suit une approche syst\u00e9mique qui consid\u00e8re les b\u00e2timents tout au long de leur cycle de vie. Afin de garantir la circularit\u00e9, tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de construction sont r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s sur la plateforme Madaster. L'eau souterraine, capt\u00e9e dans quatre puits sur le site, sert de source de chaleur et de froid. Un r\u00e9seau \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique propre relie tous les b\u00e2timents et assure l'\u00e9change de l'\u00e9nergie exc\u00e9dentaire entre les groupes de b\u00e2timents. Une partie de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 consomm\u00e9e par les habitants de la Werkstadt* est produite sur place gr\u00e2ce au photovolta\u00efque. Les CFF obligent leurs locataires sur le site \u00e0 participer \u00e0 un groupement pour la consommation propre (ZEV). Au final, le ZEV sera compos\u00e9 d'environ 300 parties qui utiliseront sur place l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite localement.
