Les zones industrielles Werkstadt et Hardfeld doivent devenir des zones de travail, on veut y implanter des entreprises et de la logistique. La zone Neugasse sera r\u00e9serv\u00e9e \u00e0 l'habitat.<\/p>\n<p>Le site Werkstadt doit devenir un \"centre de production urbaine, de start-ups et d'entreprises cr\u00e9atives\", indiquent les CFF et la ville de Zurich. Les premi\u00e8res utilisations pionni\u00e8res pourront avoir lieu \u00e0 partir de 2017, le site devrait \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement lib\u00e9r\u00e9 en 2026. La transformation doit se d\u00e9rouler dans le cadre du zonage de base en vigueur. Le profil de la future communaut\u00e9 d'utilisateurs sera \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de d\u00e9but 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le site de Hardfeld se trouvent aujourd'hui des surfaces d'\u00e9limination, de logistique et de stockage. Entre 2022 et 2031, des possibilit\u00e9s de changement appara\u00eetront par \u00e9tapes. Les CFF et la ville veulent faire avancer la planification dans le cadre du zonage de base en vigueur et du plan directeur. Mais pour cela, il faut d'abord clarifier les questions de principe concernant le potentiel futur d'une logistique urbaine de marchandises \u00e0 cet endroit.<\/p>\n<p>Le site de la Neugasse est pr\u00e9vu pour une utilisation r\u00e9sidentielle, un tiers de la surface \u00e9tant r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 la construction de logements d'utilit\u00e9 publique. Les bases de planification \u00e0 cet effet doivent \u00eatre \u00e9labor\u00e9es d'ici 2018, la nouvelle construction du site est pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 partir de 2022. La mani\u00e8re exacte dont le nouvel espace sera utilis\u00e9 sera concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e en 2017 dans le cadre d'une proc\u00e9dure de planification avec une large participation publique, annoncent les CFF et la ville de Zurich.<\/p>\n<p>Les trois sites couvrent environ 140 000 m\u00b2, soit presque le double de la superficie de l'Europaallee. Ils font partie des plus grandes zones de d\u00e9veloppement de la ville de Zurich et se distinguent par leur situation centrale. Les CFF et des tiers veulent investir au total environ 1,8 milliard de CHF dans le d\u00e9veloppement.
