Par ailleurs, l'achat du terrain pour le projet de d\u00e9veloppement \"Taubenloch\" \u00e0 Bienne (BE) a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu. Il s'agit de construire un immeuble d'environ 70 appartements sur 19 \u00e9tages et des surfaces commerciales au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. Le d\u00e9but de la construction est pr\u00e9vu pour d\u00e9but 2023.<\/p>\n<h3>Mandat avec Swiss Prime Site Solutions prolong\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Par ailleurs, la fondation de placement Swiss Prime annonce qu'elle a prolong\u00e9 de quatre ans le contrat de mandat de gestion et de conseil en placement avec Swiss Prime Site Solutions AG, qui courait jusqu'\u00e0 fin 2023.
