Selon le propri\u00e9taire Warteck Invest, les b\u00e2timents ont un grand besoin de r\u00e9novation.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re veut densifier et r\u00e9nover le lotissement en deux \u00e9tapes : Dans une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, un b\u00e2timent compl\u00e9mentaire de cinq et six \u00e9tages doit \u00eatre construit. Dans une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, les tours d'habitation existantes seront d\u00e9molies et remplac\u00e9es par une nouvelle tour d'habitation d'environ 70 m de haut et un autre immeuble d'habitation de six \u00e9tages. Au total, le nombre de logements sur le site va ainsi doubler pour atteindre plus de 160. Les logements s'adressent \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents groupes cibles, des locaux seront \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour des activit\u00e9s artisanales et un jardin d'enfants sera \u00e0 nouveau construit. Selon Warteck Invest, l'objectif est de faire certifier le site par un label de durabilit\u00e9 reconnu.<\/p>\n<p>Pour mettre en \u0153uvre le projet, un plan de quartier est n\u00e9cessaire. Celui-ci est en cours d'\u00e9laboration et devra ensuite \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par le conseil municipal de la commune. Les travaux de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape devraient si possible commencer en 2025, selon Warteck Invest. L'ensemble du projet devrait \u00eatre achev\u00e9 d'ici 2029.
