Lors de son Capital Markets Day, Implenia a indiqu\u00e9 comme objectif une marge Ebit d'environ 3,5% (\u00e0 court et moyen terme) et de plus de 4,5% (\u00e0 moyen et long terme). Le ratio de fonds propres doit \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 20% d'ici 2023 et \u00e0 25% \u00e0 moyen terme. Le groupe entend stabiliser voire augmenter son chiffre d'affaires, principalement par le biais d'une croissance organique. Mais \u00e0 moyen et long terme, une nouvelle augmentation est pr\u00e9vue, tant par une croissance organique qu'inorganique. Implenia a \u00e9galement l'intention de proposer \u00e0 l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de reprendre prudemment le versement de dividendes \u00e0 partir du printemps 2023. L'objectif annuel d'Ebit pour 2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9, il se situe \u00e0 plus de 130 millions de CHF, sans autres effets exceptionnels li\u00e9s \u00e0 la transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la division Real Estate, le mot d'ordre est \"une diversification cibl\u00e9e dans quatre secteurs d'activit\u00e9 pour des services et des produits immobiliers durables, num\u00e9ris\u00e9s et industrialis\u00e9s\". Implenia continuera d'investir dans son propre portefeuille Real Estate en Suisse et en Allemagne et de le d\u00e9velopper, en mettant l'accent sur la durabilit\u00e9. Avec ses services et ses produits, Implenia veut en outre faire avancer l'industrialisation et les solutions num\u00e9riques.
