La cotation \u00e0 la SIX Swiss Exchange, pr\u00e9vue pour novembre, doit permettre d'ouvrir le portefeuille existant au public et donc aux investisseurs non qualifi\u00e9s, indique la direction du fonds. Fin septembre ou d\u00e9but octobre, UBS Fund Management communiquera plus de d\u00e9tails sur l'introduction en bourse, y compris la date exacte de la cotation.<\/p>\n<p>Le fonds a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en mai 2018 en tant que fonds immobilier europ\u00e9en de droit suisse et doit devenir \u00e0 long terme un produit phare paneurop\u00e9en, selon UBS. Actuellement, l'UBS (CH) Property Fund Europe d\u00e9tient douze immeubles existants de diff\u00e9rents types d'utilisation comme le logement, la logistique, les bureaux et le retail dans diff\u00e9rents march\u00e9s immobiliers europ\u00e9ens.
