En outre, des \"acquisitions compl\u00e9mentaires cibl\u00e9es dans notre secteur d'activit\u00e9 Real Estate Services\" sont pr\u00e9vues. Lors de la pr\u00e9sentation des d\u00e9tails de l'IPO \u00e0 venir \u00e0 Zurich hier lundi, Bonvin a indiqu\u00e9 qu'Investis \u00e9tait en discussion avec deux entreprises de taille moyenne dans le domaine du property management ainsi qu'avec des entreprises plus petites dans le facility management.<\/p>\n<p>Le CEO d'Investis a annonc\u00e9 qu'il visait un taux de distribution de dividendes d'au moins 80% du cash-flow issu des activit\u00e9s d'exploitation - corrig\u00e9 des cash-flows respectifs pour\/des biens immobiliers d\u00e9tenus en vue de la vente, des int\u00e9r\u00eats re\u00e7us et des int\u00e9r\u00eats pay\u00e9s. Pour l'exercice 2016 en cours et l'exercice 2017 \u00e0 venir, Investis entend distribuer au moins 30 millions de CHF par an sous forme de dividendes. Le pr\u00e9sident du nouveau conseil d'administration d'Investis sera Riccardo Boscardin. S'y ajoutent les membres du conseil d'administration Albert Baehny et Thomas Vettiger - et St\u00e9phane Bonvin lui-m\u00eame en tant que membre ex\u00e9cutif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Au moins 20 pour cent des actions \u00e0 l'avenir dans le free float<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec l'\u00e9mission d'environ trois millions d'actions, l'entreprise entend r\u00e9aliser un produit brut d'environ 150 millions de CHF. Le nombre exact d'actions sera d\u00e9termin\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que le flottant s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 au moins 20 pour cent apr\u00e8s l'entr\u00e9e en bourse, selon l'actuel actionnaire unique Bonvin, qui a confirm\u00e9 vouloir d\u00e9tenir dans tous les cas au moins 70 pour cent des actions apr\u00e8s l'entr\u00e9e en bourse. Il s'engage en outre \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9tention de 36 mois pour les titres d'une participation allant jusqu'\u00e0 67 pour cent dans l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>La banque Credit Suisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9e en tant que sole bookrunner pour la r\u00e9alisation de l'introduction en bourse pr\u00e9vue. Les co-lead managers sont la Bank am Bellevue AG, la Bank Vontobel AG et la Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank.
