Les revenus locatifs th\u00e9oriques annualis\u00e9s, hors projets, ont augment\u00e9 de 13% pour atteindre 18,4 millions de CHF. Au cours du premier semestre, les revenus locatifs ont augment\u00e9 de 45% \u00e0 8,3 millions de CHF et le taux de d\u00e9faillance des loyers hors projets a diminu\u00e9 de 2 points de pourcentage \u00e0 4,62%. En revanche, le revenu net s'est am\u00e9lior\u00e9 de 38% pour atteindre 5,3 millions de CHF. La r\u00e9\u00e9valuation a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice non r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de 4,4 millions de CHF (S1 2021 : 3,7 millions de CHF), qui s'explique principalement par des gains de valorisation sur les immeubles acquis, une nouvelle l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse des taux d'actualisation et des investissements dans les projets en cours. Le r\u00e9sultat total du fonds a augment\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, passant de 6,5 millions \u00e0 7,3 millions de CHF. En revanche, le rendement annualis\u00e9 des placements a recul\u00e9 de 4,1% \u00e0 3,6%.<\/p>\n<h3>Acquisitions \u00e0 B\u00e2le pour 20 millions de CHF<\/h3>\n<p>Le gestionnaire de fonds Nova Property annonce \u00e9galement l'acquisition, apr\u00e8s la date de cl\u00f4ture du bilan, de deux immeubles r\u00e9sidentiels et d'un immeuble \u00e0 usage mixte \u00e0 B\u00e2le, d'une valeur totale d'environ 20 millions de francs suisses.
