Les hypoth\u00e8ques \u00e0 taux fixe sur dix ans ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conclues \u00e0 un prix plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 d'environ 30 points de base par rapport au semestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, tandis que les hypoth\u00e8ques Saron n'ont pas connu de hausse de prix. En cons\u00e9quence, les hypoth\u00e8ques \u00e0 taux fixe sur dix ans et sur une dur\u00e9e plus longue perdent du terrain, tandis que les dur\u00e9es plus courtes ont progress\u00e9. Avec un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 du volume n\u00e9goci\u00e9, la dur\u00e9e de dix ans reste toutefois la plus populaire.<\/p>\n<p>En Suisse romande, les caisses de pension ont enregistr\u00e9 une petite croissance au d\u00e9triment des banques. En Suisse al\u00e9manique aussi, elles ont pu augmenter leur part du volume interm\u00e9di\u00e9, mais pas autant que les assurances. Ces derni\u00e8res avaient pour la derni\u00e8re fois, il y a deux ans, une part plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans toute la Suisse qu'au premier semestre de cette ann\u00e9e. Les banques ont de nouveau \u00e9t\u00e9 un peu moins souvent choisies par rapport au semestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Elles ont augment\u00e9 leurs prix plus fortement que les assurances et les caisses de pension, qui ne doivent pas se refinancer sur le march\u00e9 des capitaux, et ont ainsi perdu en volume n\u00e9goci\u00e9.
