Comme la valeur du trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent a \u00e9t\u00e9 nettement corrig\u00e9e \u00e0 la hausse en raison de la r\u00e9vision des donn\u00e9es sur les revenus des m\u00e9nages, le march\u00e9 de l'immobilier est sur\u00e9valu\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 son propre historique. Cela implique un potentiel de correction accru en cas de crise \u00e9conomique prolong\u00e9e ou de hausse continue des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat. Toutefois, l'indice de bulle reste significativement plus bas que lors de la bulle immobili\u00e8re du d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1990.<\/p>\n<p>Des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 long terme plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s p\u00e8sent certes sur l'attractivit\u00e9 des investissements buy-to-let et ont, selon l'UBS, invers\u00e9 l'avantage de co\u00fbt dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaient jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent les logements en propri\u00e9t\u00e9 par rapport aux logements locatifs. Cela freine la demande de logements en propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Mais une correction des prix est peu probable au cours des douze prochains mois en raison de la faiblesse de l'offre sur le march\u00e9 des logements en propri\u00e9t\u00e9.
