Comme Andermatt Swiss Alps (ASA) l'a communiqu\u00e9 aujourd'hui, la transaction de 149 millions de CHF avec les Am\u00e9ricains a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclue. Pour 110 millions de CHF, Vail Resorts reprend ainsi 55 % des parts de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG. ASA, dont Orascom Development d\u00e9tient pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9, poss\u00e8de 40% des parts.
