Selon cet indice, \u00e9tabli par SMG Swiss Marketplace Group en collaboration avec le cabinet de conseil immobilier CIFI, les attentes en mati\u00e8re de prix du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des offreurs n'ont pas diminu\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 la hausse du taux directeur de la BNS. Pour les maisons individuelles, on a demand\u00e9 0,2% de plus que le mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Les appartements en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 ont m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9s \u00e0 des prix sup\u00e9rieurs de 0,7%. Les auteurs de l'indice pr\u00e9voient une demande stable de logements en raison de l'immigration nette positive. Un ralentissement de l'\u00e9volution des prix est n\u00e9anmoins probable.<\/p>\n<h3>Les loyers restent \u00e9galement stables<\/h3>\n<p>Les loyers annonc\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 en juillet, avec 0,3%. Des co\u00fbts de location nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pourraient bient\u00f4t se faire sentir, en raison de la hausse des prix de l'\u00e9nergie.
