Afin que le processus d'autorisation via la plateforme \"eBaugesucheZH\" puisse se d\u00e9rouler \u00e0 l'avenir sans papier ni rupture de m\u00e9dia, le Conseil d'Etat propose maintenant au Grand Conseil une adaptation de la loi sur l'am\u00e9nagement du territoire et les constructions.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, la l\u00e9gislation en vigueur exigeait encore la remise de deux exemplaires papier du dossier de construction et du r\u00e9c\u00e9piss\u00e9 de d\u00e9p\u00f4t sign\u00e9 \u00e0 la main. De m\u00eame, certaines \u00e9tapes du processus d'autorisation, comme la mise \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate publique, ne sont pas r\u00e9alis\u00e9es via la plate-forme. Cela doit donc changer. Il est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vu de poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement technique de \"eBaugesucheZH\" d'ici d\u00e9but 2024.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s que la modification de la loi sera entr\u00e9e en vigueur, les communes disposeront d'une p\u00e9riode de transition de trois ans pour introduire le processus \u00e9lectronique d'autorisation de construire.
