Depuis le d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e, le fonds, qui s'adresse \u00e0 des investisseurs qualifi\u00e9s, a acquis 13 immeubles d'habitation d'une valeur totale de 209 millions de CHF. Fin juin 2022, le portolio comprendra au total 54 immeubles avec 1.630 logements. Au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e, il comptait encore 1 176 logements. La valeur v\u00e9nale des immeubles est pass\u00e9e de 500,8 \u00e0 715 CHF. En juin, le contrat d'achat d'un immeuble de 48 appartements \u00e0 Bienne a en outre \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 pour 16 millions de CHF. Le transfert de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 devrait avoir lieu au quatri\u00e8me trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>Des mises \u00e0 jour d'Helvetica sont \u00e9galement disponibles pour deux autres fonds :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le Swiss Opportunity Fund, \u00e9galement r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux investisseurs qualifi\u00e9s, a achet\u00e9 au premier semestre trois objets pour 48 millions de CHF avec le produit d'une augmentation de capital de 40 millions de CHF. Les revenus locatifs annuels du fonds, qui se concentre sur la logistique, les centres de donn\u00e9es et les march\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, ont ainsi augment\u00e9 de 2,2 millions de CHF. La valeur v\u00e9nale du portefeuille du fonds a augment\u00e9 de 21,3% pour atteindre 284 millions de CHF. En juillet, trois immeubles suppl\u00e9mentaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis pour une valeur marchande de 40 millions de CHF.<\/li>\n<li>Au premier semestre, la valeur v\u00e9nale du Helvetica Swiss Commercial Fund, cot\u00e9 \u00e0 la SIX Swiss Exchange, n'a que l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 de 0,4% pour atteindre 753 millions de CHF. Les revenus locatifs ont augment\u00e9 de 2,6% et le taux d'occupation est pass\u00e9 de 93,1 \u00e0 93,4%.
