La valeur nette d'inventaire (VNI) est pass\u00e9e de 154,00 \u00e0 157,30 CHF par rapport au dernier exercice, et le dividende par part reste constant \u00e0 5,20 CHF.<\/p>\n<p>Le rendement des placements a baiss\u00e9 de 7,54% \u00e0 5,71%, et le rendement des capitaux propres (ROE) a \u00e9galement diminu\u00e9 (de 6,84 \u00e0 5,52%). Le rendement sur distribution n'a que peu chang\u00e9 et se situe d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 3,31% (contre 3,38% l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente).<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l'acquisition de deux nouveaux immeubles d'habitation, le portefeuille est d\u00e9sormais compos\u00e9 de 46 immeubles, pour un revenu locatif annuel th\u00e9orique de 23,25 millions de CHF. Il s'agit des immeubles de Villeneuve (VD), \"Route de Praz-B\u00e9rard\" 28-30, et de La Conversion\/Lutry (VD), \"Route de Corsy\" 5, achet\u00e9s en d\u00e9cembre 2021.<\/p>\n<p>La ren\u00e9gociation des contrats hypoth\u00e9caires a entra\u00een\u00e9 une nette baisse du taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat moyen pond\u00e9r\u00e9, qui est pass\u00e9 de 1,51 \u00e0 1,28%.
