Il est ainsi pass\u00e9 de -24,3 millions \u00e0 +3,4 millions de CHF. Cet effet n'influence que faiblement le r\u00e9sultat net, mais augmente les fonds propres dans le cadre du compte de r\u00e9sultat global, indique encore SF Urban Properties.
