Les coop\u00e9ratives d'habitation doivent pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'une r\u00e9duction du taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat pouvant aller jusqu'\u00e0 0,50%. Les r\u00e9ductions sont accord\u00e9es aussi bien pour les prolongations d'hypoth\u00e8ques d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes que pour les nouvelles hypoth\u00e8ques.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9ductions d'int\u00e9r\u00eats sont toutefois li\u00e9es \u00e0 certaines conditions : Selon la ZKB, la condition de base pour une hypoth\u00e8que ZKB Wohnplus est que les loyers des logements soient inf\u00e9rieurs d'au moins 15% aux loyers du march\u00e9. De plus, le mod\u00e8le d'\u00e9valuation comprend 28 crit\u00e8res de qualification applicables aux ma\u00eetres d'ouvrage d'utilit\u00e9 publique et \u00e0 leurs lotissements. Pour ce faire, on a tenu compte de normes \u00e9tablies, comme les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable de l'ONU, le standard de construction durable suisse (SNBS) et les principes directeurs pour la construction de logements d'utilit\u00e9 publique en Suisse, indique la ZKB. Plus les 28 crit\u00e8res sont remplis, plus la r\u00e9duction du taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat est importante.
