Le quartier est fortement marqu\u00e9 par un parc de cinq hectares qui sert d'espace de d\u00e9tente et de zone de rencontre. Juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du parc se trouvent les b\u00e2timents de la \"Maison de Retraite du Petit-Saconnex\", qui offre aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s d'h\u00e9bergement et de soins. Ce site sera revaloris\u00e9 au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es par l'agrandissement d'un b\u00e2timent existant et l'ajout de trois nouveaux b\u00e2timents. L'objectif du projet \"C\u00f4t\u00e9 Parc\" est de cr\u00e9er un quartier durable pour diff\u00e9rents usages et groupes d'utilisateurs. La r\u00e9alisation du projet a commenc\u00e9 en septembre 2021 et l'ach\u00e8vement est pr\u00e9vu pour 2023.<\/p>\n<p>ewz est responsable de l'approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique complet du nouveau site. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le de contracting d'une dur\u00e9e de 40 ans, l'entreprise planifie, finance, r\u00e9alise et exploite l'infrastructure et les services \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques pour \"C\u00f4t\u00e9 Parc\".
