Les produits d'exploitation sont pass\u00e9s de 13,55 millions \u00e0 17,40 millions au cours de la p\u00e9riode sous revue. Parall\u00e8lement, les charges d'exploitation ont \u00e9galement augment\u00e9 : elles sont pass\u00e9es de 10,98 millions \u00e0 15,79 millions. Selon Admicasa, cette hausse est principalement due \u00e0 l'augmentation des co\u00fbts des mat\u00e9riaux et des prestations externes des fournisseurs, en relation avec diff\u00e9rents projets d'entreprises totales.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat d'exploitation (EBIT) s'est \u00e9tabli \u00e0 1,61 million en 2021, contre 2,57 millions l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le r\u00e9sultat avant imp\u00f4ts a recul\u00e9 \u00e0 1,47 million (contre 2,64 millions l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente). Le r\u00e9sultat annuel s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 1,14 million, alors qu'il \u00e9tait encore de 1,98 million en 2020. Comme l'indique encore la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re, le deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2021 a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus r\u00e9mun\u00e9rateur que le premier : L'EBIT et le r\u00e9sultat net du second semestre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nettement sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux du premier semestre.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l'ensemble, Admicasa estime \u00eatre sur la bonne voie pour atteindre son objectif de \"guichet unique\" et proposer tous les services li\u00e9s au cycle de vie d'un bien immobilier. En 2021, la holding a pris une participation dans la boutique d'investissement Artemon Project Finance, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Zurich.
