Le Swiss Real Estate Offer Index pour les loyers propos\u00e9s, \u00e9tabli par ImmoScout 24 et le CIFI, se situait au 30 septembre \u00e0 un loyer annuel brut moyen d'environ 263 CHF\/m2 de surface habitable, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une baisse de 0,6% par rapport au mois d'ao\u00fbt pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n<p>Les baisses des prix des appartements en PPE en juillet et ao\u00fbt de cette ann\u00e9e ont \u00e9t\u00e9 neutralis\u00e9es en septembre. Les prochains mois montreront si ce n'est qu'un trou d'air estival qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 combl\u00e9 ou si les prix continueront \u00e0 d\u00e9passer la barre des 7.150 francs suisses pour un m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 de surface habitable nette\", commente Martin Waeber, directeur d'ImmoScout24. La hausse des prix sur une base annuelle s'\u00e9levait derni\u00e8rement \u00e0 3,3 pour cent.<\/p>\n<p>En septembre, les maisons individuelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es \u00e0 un prix moyen de 6 020 CHF\/m2 de surface habitable nette, soit 0,6 % de moins qu'en ao\u00fbt. Sur l'ensemble de la Suisse, on constate n\u00e9anmoins une hausse mod\u00e9r\u00e9e de 0,6 % sur une base annuelle.
