Le taux de r\u00e9novation actuel de un pour cent doit \u00eatre doubl\u00e9 pour que les objectifs climatiques puissent \u00eatre atteints.<\/p>\n<p>Les exp\u00e9riences pratiques montrent que lors des processus de r\u00e9novation, la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est encore trop peu prise en compte par rapport aux nouvelles constructions de remplacement. Souvent, les propri\u00e9taires fonciers ne disposent pas d'informations de base leur montrant le potentiel \u00e9conomique, \u00e9cologique et social des r\u00e9novations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.
