La raison en est que dans les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la pand\u00e9mie, de plus en plus d'offres de logements \u00e0 louer temporairement ont vu le jour dans la vieille ville de Berne, notamment des appartements de vacances \u00e0 usage commercial ou des appartements d'affaires.
