Il s'agit d'une \"nouvelle \u00e9tape importante vers la cotation en bourse\" du Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund. Les parts du fonds devraient \u00eatre n\u00e9goci\u00e9es en bourse \u00e0 partir du 13 d\u00e9cembre 2021. Avec la cotation, le fonds devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans les indices SXI Real Estate Broad et SXI Real Estate Funds Broad.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la direction du fonds, il s'agit de continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e et prudente le portefeuille immobilier, qui a actuellement une valeur de march\u00e9 d'un peu plus de 400 millions de CHF. Pour l'exercice 2021, une distribution de 2,50 CHF par part de fonds est pr\u00e9vue. Avec le d\u00e9veloppement continu du portefeuille et l'ach\u00e8vement de nouveaux projets, la distribution devrait augmenter dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>Le Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund investit dans toute la Suisse dans des valeurs immobili\u00e8res situ\u00e9es dans des centres-villes de toute la Suisse. Actuellement, le fonds est n\u00e9goci\u00e9 hors bourse par la Banque J.
