L'autorit\u00e9 de surveillance financi\u00e8re Finma a d\u00e9j\u00e0 approuv\u00e9 la transformation du fonds en fonds commun de placement. Le premier jour de n\u00e9goce du Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund \u00e0 la SIX Swiss Exchange est pr\u00e9vu pour le 13 d\u00e9cembre 2021. Le fonds est actuellement n\u00e9goci\u00e9 au comptoir par la Banque J. Safra Sarasin. Elle assurera \u00e9galement la tenue active du march\u00e9 des parts du fonds apr\u00e8s la cotation, selon la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion du fonds.<\/p>\n<p>Avec la cotation, le fonds devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre inclus dans les indices SXI Real Estate Broad et SXI Real Estate Funds Broad. Du point de vue de Nova Property Fund Management, cela promet une liquidit\u00e9 et une visibilit\u00e9 accrues des unit\u00e9s du fonds.<\/p>\n<h2>L'augmentation de capital rapporte 84,5 millions<\/h2>\n<p>L'augmentation de capital du Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund, qui s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e du 25 octobre au 3 novembre, a rencontr\u00e9 une forte demande de la part des investisseurs existants et nouveaux, selon la direction du fonds. L'\u00e9mission a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement sursouscrite et la base d'investisseurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9largie. Au total, 760 414 nouvelles unit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mises au prix de 111,10 CHF chacune. Apr\u00e8s l'augmentation de capital, 3,8 millions de parts de fonds sont en circulation.<\/p>\n<p>Le produit de l'\u00e9mission, d'un montant maximum de 84,5 millions de francs suisses, doit
