Les succ\u00e8s de vente du projet \"Parco d'Oro\" ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce \"r\u00e9sultat tr\u00e8s r\u00e9jouissant\", fait savoir la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Les revenus immobiliers sont pass\u00e9s de neuf millions de CHF au premier semestre 2015 \u00e0 9,5 millions aujourd'hui. La valeur du portefeuille immobilier a augment\u00e9 d'environ cinq pour cent pour atteindre 470,3 millions de CHF. Le taux de vacance a nettement baiss\u00e9 au 30 juin, passant de 7,3 \u00e0 2,9 pour cent. Le taux de fonds propres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 42 pour cent.<\/p>\n<p>La SFPI se montre confiante pour le second semestre. L'accent est mis sur la location des surfaces de bureaux restantes \u00e0 la Witikonerstrasse \u00e0 Zurich et de certaines surfaces commerciales en ville de B\u00e2le, communique la SFPI. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 part en outre du principe que le faible taux de vacance se stabilisera \u00e0 ce niveau. En cons\u00e9quence, il faut s'attendre \u00e0 ce que les revenus locatifs continuent d'augmenter, tout en \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s sensibles aux co\u00fbts.
