La demande de cotation a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e par la SIX Swiss Exchange, indique Baloise Asset Management. Avec la cotation, le Baloise Swiss Property Fund sera vraisemblablement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans les indices \"SXI Real Estate Broad\" ainsi que \"SXI Real Estate Funds Broad\".<\/p>\n<p>Le fonds a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2018 et son objectif de placement consiste en premier lieu \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un revenu courant stable en investissant directement dans des biens immobiliers suisses Core\/Core plus. Selon Baloise Asset Management, l'objectif est de parvenir \u00e0 une large diversification r\u00e9gionale ainsi qu'\u00e0 une diversification sectorielle \u00e0 moyen et long terme.
