Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d'exploitation du Groupe (hors r\u00e9\u00e9valuations et reprises de provisions) a augment\u00e9 au premier semestre de 4,1% \u00e0 8,8 millions (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 8,4 millions) par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le rendement des capitaux propres a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9, passant de 8,01 euros \u00e0 8,11 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Les locataires qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9s par la nouvelle fermeture de Corona ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de r\u00e9ductions de loyer pour un total de 0,26 million, ce qui repr\u00e9sente 1,4% du loyer cible, a ajout\u00e9 Warteck Invest. N\u00e9anmoins, le revenu locatif cible du premier semestre a augment\u00e9 de 1,0% \u00e0 18,4 millions par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le taux de vacance aurait baiss\u00e9 de 3,4% \u00e0 2,2%, et les revenus locatifs r\u00e9els se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 18,0 millions (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 17,6 millions).<\/p>\n<p>La valeur du portefeuille immobilier a augment\u00e9 de 1,9% \u00e0 854,5 millions par rapport \u00e0 la fin de 2020 (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 838,6 millions), selon Warteck Invest. Les projets actuels se d\u00e9veloppent comme pr\u00e9vu et la planification de nouveaux projets a commenc\u00e9.
