Les facteurs les plus importants pour le pays sont la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique, la pr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 ainsi que la \"disponibilit\u00e9 des talents\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Rudolf. Sur le march\u00e9 de l'immobilier, il a notamment \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les longues p\u00e9riodes de planification, par exemple pour les projets de changement de zone, comme un frein. Le fait que la Suisse puisse compenser le facteur n\u00e9gatif du co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 du travail par de nombreux autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments du march\u00e9 est toutefois un point positif.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6397\" src=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/R\u00fcckblick-67.-Schweizer-Immobiliengespr\u00e4ch_IMMOBILIEN_Business_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"383\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Markus Mettler, CEO de Halter AG, a \u00e9galement diagnostiqu\u00e9 une \"comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e de la Suisse\". En m\u00eame temps, il atteste que la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration conna\u00eet une \"croissance \u00e9conomique empoisonn\u00e9e\", car ce sont surtout les branches \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e qui proc\u00e8dent \u00e0 des suppressions d'emplois acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es. En revanche, Mettler ne constate une v\u00e9ritable croissance que dans le secteur public ou para-public. Ainsi, les effectifs des administrations publiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement augment\u00e9s ces derniers temps, critique-t-il. Cela s'accompagne d'une fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie r\u00e9glementaire accrue sur le march\u00e9 de la construction et de l'immobilier. Seules quelques entreprises s'y opposent. \"Je crains qu'apr\u00e8s 16 ans de boom de la construction, de nombreux acteurs soient devenus paresseux\", a conclu Mettler.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, Josef Wiederkehr, entrepreneur du b\u00e2timent et conseiller cantonal zurichois, a r\u00e9clam\u00e9 davantage de repr\u00e9sentants du secteur de la construction et de l'immobilier dans la Berne f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, afin d'y d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats de la corporation, mais aussi d'am\u00e9liorer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de la Suisse dans le contexte international. L'\u00e9chec de l'USR III dans les urnes montre que beaucoup de travail d'explication est encore n\u00e9cessaire.
