A Zurich, la baisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 1,8 pour cent selon les calculs de Fahrl\u00e4nder. La Suisse orientale (+1,5%) et le Mittelland (+0,8%) sont les seules grandes r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 les loyers de march\u00e9 pour les bureaux ont augment\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Fahrl\u00e4nder, ce sont surtout les loyers des appartements anciens qui ont le vent en poupe, et ce notamment dans les grandes agglom\u00e9rations de Gen\u00e8ve, Lausanne, B\u00e2le et Zurich, ainsi qu'\u00e0 Lucerne et Lugano. Les r\u00e9gions de Gen\u00e8ve et de Lausanne enregistrent en m\u00eame temps les plus fortes hausses des loyers du march\u00e9 pour les nouvelles constructions.<\/p>\n<p>Fahrl\u00e4nder Partner calcule trimestriellement des indices de loyers de march\u00e9 corrig\u00e9s de la qualit\u00e9 pour les logements locatifs et les surfaces de bureaux au niveau national, pour les huit r\u00e9gions FPRE (Lac L\u00e9man, Jura, Plateau, B\u00e2le, Zurich, Suisse orientale, Espace alpin et Suisse m\u00e9ridionale), pour les cantons ainsi que pour les 106 r\u00e9gions MS.
