Un droit de souscription sera attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque part existante. Douze droits de souscription donnent droit \u00e0 une nouvelle part au prix d'\u00e9mission net de 147 CHF.<\/p>\n<p>En vue de l'\u00e9mission de nouvelles parts, les immeubles du portefeuille ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9s par des experts ind\u00e9pendants. Il en r\u00e9sulte une nouvelle valeur nette d'inventaire de 143,65 CHF\/part au 9 septembre 2016, soit une augmentation de 2,55 CHF\/part par rapport \u00e0 la valeur nette d'inventaire au 31 mars 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Un n\u00e9goce officiel des droits de souscription aura lieu du 22 au 31 ao\u00fbt 2016 \u00e0 la SIX Swiss Exchange. Les parts non souscrites ne seront \u00e9ventuellement pas \u00e9mises, ce qui peut modifier le montant de l'\u00e9mission. Le 7 septembre 2016, le Credit Suisse annoncera le nombre effectif de nouvelles parts. La lib\u00e9ration aura lieu le 9 septembre 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cinq projets de construction en cours de r\u00e9alisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, CS REF Siat a cinq projets de construction en phase de r\u00e9alisation pour un montant de 420 millions de CHF : r\u00e9cemment, le fonds a <a href=\"https:\/\/immobilien-business.hamster.ch\/basel-cs-fonds-investieren-im-erlenmatt-quartier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/immobilien-business.hamster.ch\/basel-cs-fonds-investieren-im-erlenmatt-quartier\">le projet de construction \"Erlenmatt Baufeld A\" \u00e0 B\u00e2le <\/a>en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 avec le Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund LivingPlus et le Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Interswiss, \u00e0 raison d'un tiers chacun. Toujours \u00e0 B\u00e2le, CS REF Siat a investi dans l'une des tours d'habitation \"Sky Lights Schoren\". La tour sera pr\u00eate \u00e0 l'automne 2016 et est d\u00e9j\u00e0 lou\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 75%.<\/p>\n<p>A D\u00fcbendorf, entre le centre du village et la \u00dcberlandstrasse, des travaux de r\u00e9novation seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en trois \u00e9tapes, de d\u00e9but septembre 2016 au printemps 2021. <a href=\"https:\/\/immobilien-business.hamster.ch\/cs-ref-siat-baut-wohnquartier-in-duebendorf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/immobilien-business.hamster.ch\/cs-ref-siat-baut-wohnquartier-in-duebendorf\">le quartier r\u00e9sidentiel \"Im Giessen\", situ\u00e9 au bord de la Glatt, avec 380 logements locatifs et 7.000 m\u00b2 de surfaces commerciales <\/a>dont la plupart sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 lou\u00e9s \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p>Le lotissement \"Sasso Corbaro\" \u00e0 Cadenazzo, au Tessin, et l'immeuble r\u00e9sidentiel \"Jardin du Lac\" \u00e0 Neuch\u00e2tel, en Suisse romande, sont \u00e9galement en cours de construction.<\/p>\n<p>Avec une fortune totale d'environ 2,7 milliards de CHF (au 31.03.2016), le CS REF Siat est, selon ses propres dires, le plus grand fonds immobilier r\u00e9sidentiel de Suisse.
