Dans la zone MMEA, la p\u00e9ninsule ib\u00e9rique a fortement contribu\u00e9 au chiffre d'affaires avec une augmentation de 11,5 pour cent. En France, le chiffre d'affaires a diminu\u00e9 de 2,6 pour cent, mais surtout \u00e0 Paris, o\u00f9 le RevPAR a chut\u00e9 de 12 pour cent.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours du premier semestre 2016, 120 h\u00f4tels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 restructur\u00e9s, dont 81 h\u00f4tels en location et 39 h\u00f4tels d\u00e9tenus en propre. Ces op\u00e9rations ont eu pour effet de diminuer l'endettement net retrait\u00e9 de 233 millions d'euros. Par ailleurs, le groupe h\u00f4telier Accor a c\u00e9d\u00e9 85 h\u00f4tels en Europe sur les segments \u00e9conomique et midscale \u00e0 Grape Hospitality, plateforme h\u00f4teli\u00e8re d\u00e9tenue \u00e0 70% par Eurazeo et \u00e0 30% par AccorHotels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fairmont Raffles Hotels International int\u00e9gr\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le contexte des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en Grande-Bretagne (mot-cl\u00e9 : Brexit), en France et en Allemagne (attaques et attentats) ainsi qu'en Turquie (\u00e9tat d'urgence politique) et avec la premi\u00e8re consolidation des r\u00e9sultats de Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) au second semestre, le groupe s'attend \u00e0 un EBIT pour l'ensemble de l'ann\u00e9e 2016 dans une fourchette relativement large comprise entre 670 et 720 millions d'euros. Cette fourchette devrait \u00eatre resserr\u00e9e - comme en 2015 - lors de la publication du chiffre d'affaires du troisi\u00e8me trimestre, le 18 octobre 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Le closing de l'acquisition de FRHI par AccorHotels avait eu lieu le 12 juillet 2016. AccorHotels est pr\u00e9sent en Suisse avec 54 h\u00f4tels comptant plus de 6000 chambres, auxquels s'ajoutent d\u00e9sormais les trois \u00e9tablissements suisses de FRHI avec un total de 821 chambres, et emploie plus de 1000 collaborateurs.
