Par ailleurs, le 3e \u00e9tage de l'immeuble Zeltweg 67 \u00e0 Zurich a pu \u00eatre lou\u00e9 \u00e0 un cabinet dermatologique collectif. Ainsi, toutes les surfaces principales de location sont d\u00e9sormais attribu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Entre-temps, un autre appartement de 170 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendu dans le cadre du projet \"Parco d'Oro\" de la SFPI. Selon la SFPI, l'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les cinq unit\u00e9s d'habitation restantes est toujours bon.
