Celui-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par la gestion d'actifs de Peach Property Group au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es - notamment par la vente du site de Gretag \u00e0 Regensdorf pr\u00e8s de Zurich et d'un immeuble commercial pr\u00e8s de D\u00fcsseldorf, indique Peach Property.<\/p>\n<p>Le remboursement de l'emprunt a donc pu \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 sans avoir recours \u00e0 de nouveaux fonds \u00e9trangers. Les ratios du bilan s'am\u00e9liorent en cons\u00e9quence, puisque les engagements du groupe se r\u00e9duisent consid\u00e9rablement, tout en diminuant le total du bilan. De plus, les co\u00fbts de financement diminuent nettement, \u00e9crit Peach Property dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Marcel Kucher, Chief Financial Officer de Peach Property Group, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \"Le remboursement de notre emprunt obligataire en EUR \u00e0 partir des fonds g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par l'exploitation repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape importante dans le d\u00e9veloppement de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Le ratio de fonds propres augmente ainsi encore consid\u00e9rablement\".<\/p>\n<p>L'obligation 6,6% a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mise en juillet 2011 et \u00e9tait cot\u00e9e \u00e0 l'Entry Standard de la Bourse de Francfort.
